  At David City Chiropractic Center we have  OTR Semione stop shopping for your
DOT qualification needs.  We make every effort to get your drivers in within 3 hrs of your call. 

We offer:
1) A collection center for DOT urine drug screening  specimens performed by SAPAA certified collector's.  
2) Certified saliva alcohol screening.
3) DOT required physicals.
